The recent public announcement of a proposed merger between Medco Health Solutions and ExpressScripts Inc. does not have impact on Medco's service to members as the Trust's Pharmacy Benefit Manager. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Medco will continue to manage prescription drug coverage for Trust members covered by Medco with no changes in the current processes or forms.

Updates to this message will be provided as more information becomes available.
